Damages and issues

We do NOT have a return policy.  We will however honor a REPLACEMENT policy in the event that your purchase is damaged upon receipt.  Replacement request must be made within 14 days after receiving your item.  We will ask for pictures to document the damage so we can claim it with our shipping company.  Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   Please note that the designs often curl in transit to due rapid temperature changes.  This does NOT qualify as a defective/damaged item.  Placing a heavy book (think big, like Encyclopedia of Breeds) on the design stencils on a flat surface,  in room temperature will return them to the original flat shape. 

If you received the wrong item in your order send us a picture at glittermarxponies@gmail.com, of the wrong item and we will replace it.  We will NOT make you return the item.  Your correct item will be shipped to you within 3-5 days. 

To start a replacement, you can contact us at glittermarxponies@gmail.com, you will need to provide photographs of the damaged products. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you replacement products within 2-5 days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, (such as special orders or custom orders), and personal care goods (such as BeautyMarx).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Additional Fees

Any tax, tariff, or duty that may be applied is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, not Glittermarx Ponies.
