Great customer service

I ordered through a different website. Turned out that their options on that site were outdated so we received a different stencil than we had wanted. I contacted glittermarx and even though I didn’t order directly from them they were supper accommodating and sent out the new stencil with just having me pay the shipping cost. And the design we asked for was one that had been discontinued a while ago so it was even more impressive that they were able to send us the design. Also, their response time was less than 30 minutes after I emailed them which is AMAZING!
